In 1999, Tommy’s Park marked my first public commission and the introduction of my Sculptural Light Forms. The project was sponsored by Portland Downtown, which subsequently commissioned additional works, along with private organizations and Friends Groups, for buildings, parks, squares, and gardens throughout the district as part of its Winter Light Program.
